- Remove the white paper backing and gently place the gel plaster directly over the blister. There is no pad included.
- The plaster creates a dual-action seal, helping to support the natural healing process.
- Within 24 hours, the plaster will swell and a white bubble may appear, showing that healing has begun.
- Do not remove the plaster before it naturally peels off. It is designed to stay in place for several days for optimal protection.
- If removal is necessary, gently stretch one end along the skin to peel it off—avoid pulling upward.
