HOW TO USE

- Blow your nose gently
- Remove protective cap before first use
- Prime pump by pressing several times
- Hold bottle upright with thumb at base
- Place nozzle between first and second fingers
- Insert nozzle into nostril without tilting head
- Press rim down firmly and evenly
- Sniff deeply as you spray
- Apply 2 to 3 sprays per nostril every 12 hours
- Do not use more than twice in 24 hours
- Do not use for more than 3 days
- Wipe nozzle clean after each use
