Warm the bottle in your hand, shake it well, and press the actuator down 3 or 4 times until you see a spray. Make sure not to aim the actuator at yourself or anyone else during this step. This helps get the spray ready for use.

- Gently pull the upper ear up and back
- Hold the bottle upright and place the nozzle in the ear canal
- Press the actuator fully 1 or 2 times
