HOW TO USE
Simple Steps for Taking Your Capsules
- For adults and children 2 years and older: take 2 to 4 capsules, 1 to 3 times daily, with a maximum of 12 capsules per day.
- For daily intestinal health: use 2 to 4 capsules each day.
- To help prevent antibiotic-associated diarrhea, manage acute diarrhea, or lower the risk of traveler’s diarrhea: take 4 capsules daily.
- To help reduce traveler’s diarrhea risk, begin 5 days before your trip and continue throughout your travels.
- For children 6 years and younger: open the capsule and mix the contents with food or a drink.
Important:
If you are taking antifungal medication, take your capsules at least 2 to 3 hours before or after your antifungal dose. Capsules can be taken at the same time as antibiotics.
