- For adults and children 2 years and older, take 2 to 4 capsules, 1 to 3 times daily. Do not exceed 12 capsules in one day.
- To help maintain intestinal health, use 2 to 4 capsules each day.
- If you want to prevent antibiotic-associated diarrhea, treat acute diarrhea symptoms, or lower the risk of traveler’s diarrhea, take 4 capsules daily.
