For adults and teenagers aged 12 and above, chew 2 to 4 tablets as needed, with a maximum of 12 tablets in a day. Children between 6 and 11 years old should chew 1 to 2 tablets as needed, not exceeding 6 tablets daily. Always separate doses by at least 2 hours.
