HOW TO USE
Usage Instructions
Take 1 caplet every 8 to 12 hours as needed. Do not exceed 3 caplets within a 24-hour period. For best results, take your first dose at least 30 minutes, and ideally 1 to 2 hours, before you travel.
Not suitable for children under 12 years old.
