HOW TO USE
Usage Instructions for Adults and Children
For Adults:
Take 1 or 2 tablets every 4 hours as needed. Do not exceed 8 tablets within 24 hours.
For Children 6 to 12 Years:
Take 1/2 to 1 tablet every 6 to 8 hours as needed. Do not take more than 3 tablets in 24 hours.
Tip:
Take your first dose at least 30 minutes, and ideally 1 to 2 hours, before you travel.
