HOW TO USE
Recommended Usage
Take
1 tablet
as an adult at or just before bedtime. After taking melatonin,
do not drive or operate machinery for 5 hours
. If using for jet lag, take once daily at bedtime after darkness has fallen while traveling and at your destination, continuing until you adjust to the new schedule.
