HOW TO USE
Easy Steps for Best Results
For adults 19 years and older, begin use at the
first sign of cold, flu, or a dry or sore throat
. Slowly dissolve the lozenge in your mouth after a meal. You can take up to

. Make sure to take the lozenges a few hours before or after any other medications. Store the product between

- Chamomile extract (4:1) from Matricaria recutita flower: equivalent to 4 mg raw herb (1 mg)
