Mini Fan Fest Fanning & Volumizing Mascara is a fanning and volumizing mascara that sweeps lashes side-to-side to amplify volume and multiply the look of your lash line. It uses Benefit Cosmetics’ custom-engineered Full-Flex Fiber Brush with a 40° curve to lift from root to tip and reach corner to corner. Naturally derived flex-wave fibers grab, define, and separate lashes for a clean, even finish. The buildable, weightless formula won’t clump or flake.
