- 6-8 years, 48-59 lbs (22-26.9 kg): 2 tsp (10 mL)
- 9-10 years, 60-71 lbs (27-31.9 kg): 2-1/2 tsp (12.5 mL)
- 11 years, 72-95 lbs (32-43.9 kg): 3 tsp (15 mL)
