HOW TO USE
Getting Your Nasal Spray Ready
Before your first use, the bottle needs to be primed.
- Remove the cap.
- Shake the bottle gently.
- Hold the bottle upright and point the spray away from you.
- Press and release the spray nozzle until you see a fine mist. Avoid spraying into your eyes or face. If contact occurs, rinse your eyes well with water.
The spray is now ready for use.
If the bottle has not been used for over 2 weeks, repeat the priming steps above.
Using the Nasal Spray
- Blow your nose gently to clear your nostrils.
- Remove the cap and shake the bottle gently.
- Hold the bottle with your thumb under the base and your fingers on either side of the nozzle.
- Close one nostril with your finger.
- Aim the nozzle toward the back of your nose, not toward the nasal septum (the wall between nostrils).
- While sniffing gently, spray into your nostril.
- Repeat for the other nostril.
- After use, wipe the nozzle with a tissue and replace the cap.
Tip:
Avoid blowing your nose for 15 minutes after using the spray.
Cleaning the Spray Nozzle
- Remove the cap.
- Gently pull off the spray nozzle from the bottle.
- Rinse the spray nozzle under warm water only.
- Shake or tap to remove excess
