HOW TO USE
Easy Steps for Using the Saline Nasal Spray
- For children aged 2 years and older
- Use 1 to 2 sprays (0.1 mL) per nostril
- Repeat 1 to 3 times daily
Before each use:
Always rinse the nozzle with hot water and dry it with a clean tissue. If possible, gently have your child blow their nose to help clear mucus.
Application:
Have your child bend their head forward over a sink. Tilt their head to the right. Place the nozzle tip at the base of the left upper nostril, making sure not to insert it more than ¼ inch. Press down to spray. Next, turn your child’s head to the left and repeat in the right upper nostril.
After use:
Blow or gently wipe your child’s nose. Rinse the nozzle again with hot water and wipe it clean.
