For adults and children older than 2 years, use Salinex nasal spray twice daily, in the morning and evening, to support sinus health by clearing away excess mucus. If you are experiencing cold or allergy symptoms, increase usage to four to six times per day as needed.

• Before use, make sure the nozzle is firmly attached to the bottle.
• Do not tilt the child's head back, as this can cause the liquid to flow down the throat.
• Keep the nasal passage clear and do not block it completely during application to prevent pressure in the nose or ears.
• Tilt your head gently to one side and carefully insert the spray tip into the nostril.
