- Peel the center film from the patch
- Place the patch on the affected area
- Slide one film backward and the other forward to secure
- Apply only 1 patch at a time, up to twice daily
- Each patch can stay on for 8 to 12 hours
- Relief may take several hours
- If needed, apply a second patch for another 8 to 12 hours
- Wash your hands after applying or removing the patch
- Do not use for more than 7 days in a row
- If symptoms get worse, last, or return, stop use and see a doctor
- Never use a patch from a pouch open for 14 days or longer
