- Firmly grasp the Comfortip® nozzle with your other hand
- Pull the nozzle straight up until you hear a click
- Make sure the nozzle clicks in place before use
- Gently insert the nozzle into your vagina, no more than 3 inches
- Squeeze the bottle slowly
- Keep the vaginal opening relaxed so the solution can flow out freely
- Use while sitting on the toilet, in the tub, or standing in the shower
