- For adults only
- Do not use with other products containing these ingredients
- Avoid combining with salicylates
- Do not mix with other cough, cold, pain, or fever medicines
For adults and teens 12 years and older:
Take one or two daytime or nighttime tablets every four hours as needed. Do not take more than eight Extra Strength TYLENOL® Cold daytime or nighttime tablets in a 24-hour period.

What's Inside Each Tablet
Daytime Yellow Tablet:
Each tablet provides 500 mg of acetaminophen, 10 mg of dextromethorphan hydrobromide, and 5 mg of phenylephrine hydrochloride.
Nighttime Blue Tablet:
Each tablet contains 500 mg of acetaminophen, 10 mg of dextromethorphan hydrobromide, 5 mg of phenylephrine hydrochloride, and 2 mg of chlorpheniramine maleate.
