- Do not use past expiry date
For adults and children 12 years and older:
- Prime the pump by spraying several times away from your face before first use or if unused for a week or more
- Keep your head upright
- Insert nozzle into one nostril, aiming outward toward your ear
- Press the pump firmly 2 or 3 times
- Avoid deep inhalation
- Repeat in the other nostril
- Wipe the nozzle and replace the cap after each use
- Wait at least 4 hours between uses
- Do not use more than 4 times in 24 hours
