Gravol Immediate Release & Long Acting Caplets provide relief of
nausea for up to 12 hours. This product contains the active drug
Dimenhydrinate (100 mg), for the prevention and treatment of nausea,
vomiting and dizziness due to motion sickness. Gravol Immediate Release
& Long Acting Caplet is for the prevention and treatment of nausea,
vomiting and dizziness due to motion sickness.Directions: Adults
and children 12 years and over: Take 1 caplet every 8 to 12 hours as
needed . Take product at least 30 minutes, and preferably 1 or 2 hoursbefore traveling. Do not take more than 3 caplets in 24 hours.Caution: Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you 
have glaucoma , chronic lung disease, difficulty urinating. Take 
antihistamines tranquilizers, sedatives, are pregnant or breastfeeding.
When using this product  drowsiness may occur. Do not drive or engage in
activities requiring alertness. Excitability may occur, especially in
