Maximum Strength Pepcid AC provides fast-acting prevention and relief
of heartburn associated with acid indigestion and sour stomach. These
acid controlling tablets contain 20 mg of famotidine, a known acid
reducer that helps control heartburn brought on by eating or drinking
certain food and beverages. Keep a package in your bag or at your desk
for easy-access to treat on-the-go acid indigestion. You can take
Maximum Strength Pepcid AC as little as 10 minutes before eating, and
know you have strength on your side all day or all night.Directions:
Adults and children 12 years and over;
For relief of symptoms, take 1 tablet at onset of symptoms. For
prevention of symptoms, take 1 tablet 10-15 minutes before eating.
Do not take more than 1 tablet at a time. Swallow the tablet whole with a
glass of water
Do not take more than 2 tablets in 24 hours.Cautions:
Do not use with other acid reducers. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before
use if you have: Heartburn with light headedness, sweating and
dizziness, Chest or shoulder pain with shortness of breath, sweating,
pain spreading to arms or neck, or light headedness,
Kidney disease, History of ulcer disease or any other severe illness,
Difficulty swallowing or continuous stomach pain, Unexplained weight
loss, Severe vomiting, Black stool, Choking, Take any prescription drug,
Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), Calcium carbonate, Are;
Pregnant or breastfeeding, Over 40 years old and have had new or
