Pepto Bismol is formulated to coat your upset stomach, calm heartburn & nausea and relieve indigestion & diarrhea. Pepto Bismol LiquiCaps provide rapid relief that’s equally as effective as Pepto Bismol liquid. These convenient LiquiCaps allow you to take Pepto Bismol on-the-go so you can take it anywhere — at work, home, or travel worry-free. Take Pepto Bismol at the first sign so you’re back to your normal fast.Features: Same fast relief as Pepto Bismol liquidIndividually packed pills for on-the-goCoating action calms your stomach & soothes your digestive tractUpset stomach relief, indigestion relief, nausea relief, heartburn relief, diarrhea relief, and travelers’ diarrhea reliefDirections: Swallow with water, do not chew. Adults: 2 LiquiCaps per dose. Children 10 – 14 years: 1 LiquiCap per dose. For children under 10 years, consult a physician. Repeat every ½ to 1 hour as needed. Do not exceed 8 doses (16 LiquiCaps) in 24 hours. Use until diarrhea stops but not more than 2 days. ASA is reported to be linked to Reye's Syndrome, a rare but serious illness. Do not use: if you are allergic to salicylates, acetylsalicylic acid (ASA); if you have: an ulcer, a bleeding problem, bloody or black stool. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you have fever, mucus in the stool, diabetes, gout, arthritis; take blood thinner, other salicylates such as ASA; are pregnant or breastfeeding. When using this product: the stools and/or tongue may turn darker - this is temporary, and harmless; do not take within 2 hours of tetracycline antibiotics as their effectiveness may be reduced. Stop use and ask a doctor if you have: symptoms of upset stomach that worsen, come back or last for more than two weeks such as heartburn, indigestion, nausea, any hearing loss, ringing or buzzing in the ears, diarrhea that persists for more than 2 days, worsens or that is accompanied by a fever. Keep out of reach of children. This package contains enough drug to seriously harm a child.
