Adults and children 12 years and above: Aim away from face and prime pump several times before first use and if not used for 1 week or more. Without tilting your head, insert the nozzle into your nostril, aiming the nozzle outwards in the direction of your ear. Then fully depress the pump 2 or 3 times with firm, even strokes. Avoid inhaling deeply. Repeat in the other nostril. Wipe nozzle after use and replace cap. Allow 4 hours between applications, no more than 4 applications in 24 hours.Caution: KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Do not use: in children under age 12, more than the recommended dose, if allergic to any of the ingredients. Use only as directed. Use of this container by more than one person may spread infection. In case of accidental contact with eyes, flush with water and seek medical advice straight away. Stop use immediately if you experience an allergic reaction or side effect and contact a doctor. Stop use and consult a doctor if: After 14 days your cold is still present, Symptoms worsen or are accompanied by fever. Temporary discomfort such as burning, stinging, or increased nasal discharge may occur. If these persist, discontinue use. May cause nasal irritation which can result in nose bleeding. Such bleeding is rare, usually minor and of short duration. If nosebleed occurs, discontinue use. If nosebleed is heavy or persistent, consult a doctor. Infection with a cold can also irritate the lining of your nose causing nose bleeding. Should nose bleeding occur during a cold, avoid using this product. Temporary headache, pain in the nose, eye, ear and neck have been reported; these symptoms are rare and will subside if product use is discontinued.
