The stimulation is extremely effective because it works from the inside out by helping to release the nerve and then relaxing the muscles. Press the ‘+’ button to increase the intensity and the ‘-‘ button to decrease the intensity.You can select from seven different modes based on whether you like a very deep vigorous massage or a very gentle, calm massage.Set the automatic timer for 20, 30, or 40 minutes and then sit back and relax while DR-HO’S device helps to relieve your pain, tension, and stress.
